Key Responsibilities Lead, build, and manage a high-performing residential roofing sales team Drive business development and revenue growth across the Chicago market Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives Establish, track, and optimize KPIs to ensure consistent performance and accountability Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, and key partners Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation through close Collaborate with operations to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience in residential roofing sales Strong understanding of insurance restoration and claims process Demonstrated ability to build and lead a sales team Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a business unit Passion for sales, leadership, and business development Experience implementing and managing structured KPIs and performance metrics Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through
