
Senior Solution Consultant/Pre Sales Consultant – ERP Enterprise Asset Managemen

We are looking for a
Pre‑Sales Consultant with strong Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) expertise
who knows this world—and can explain it clearly to customers.
In this role, you will help asset‑intensive companies transform maintenance from a cost center into a strategic capability, by positioning
the maintenance capabilities of our ERP Infor M3 .
This is a
customer‑facing, strategic pre‑sales role , focused primarily on
Germany , with opportunities to support customers across Europe. You’ll join a highly international team and work closely with experts across multiple countries.
What you will do
Act as the
EAM and plant maintenance subject‑matter expert
within the pre‑sales organization
Support
customer opportunities primarily in Germany , and across Europe when needed
Translate
maintenance, reliability, and asset management challenges
into compelling, value‑driven solution stories and demos
Position
Infor M3 EAM as part of our Infor CloudSuite , clearly explaining:
Business value
Integration touchpoints (finance, inventory/spares, procurement, analytics)
Contribute to
end‑to‑end EAM use cases , collaborating with finance and performance management teams
Work closely with an
international pre‑sales team
supporting customers in:
Discrete manufacturing
Process industries (food & beverage, chemicals)
Other asset‑intensive manufacturing environments
Evolve quickly towards a wider scope of the ERP:
Moving to the after‑sales service and other equipment centric functionalities
Supporting core extended ERP module presentations
Integrating digital capabilities of the technico‑functional platfom powering Infor CloudSuite
What you bring Must‑have
Strong EAM expertise
(this is the key requirement), including:
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Work orders and planning/scheduling
Asset lifecycle and reliability concepts
Background from roles such as:
EAM Consultant
Solution Architect
Industry or operational roles with deep maintenance exposure
Ability to
lead customer‑facing pre‑sales conversations , uncover needs, and communicate value with confidence
ERP experience (Infor M3 or similar)
Previous experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or other customer‑facing roles
Manufacturing & logistics background or exposure through implementation projects
Experience & languages
Relevant, proven experience (open to
earlier‑career profiles with strong EAM competence )
Fluent German and English , spoken and written
