
International Tax Director

Responsibilities
Direct all areas of U.S., Canadian, and U.K. international taxation including compliance, controversy, reporting, and disclosures Review Canadian and UK tax returns along with externally and internally prepared financial statement reporting for UK/Canadian operations Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual transfer pricing methods, calculations, true-ups, and contemporaneous documentation preparation Develop and update transfer pricing policies and manage tax controversy and bilateral procedures Partner with external auditors for quarterly and annual tax provision processes for international tax and transfer pricing Collaborate with other accounting & finance departments to ensure budgets and forecasts reflect current tax and transfer pricing status. Manage a team of three tax managers Identify areas of improvement and tax planning opportunities Qualifications
