Our client is an organization in the Racine County area that’s looking for a
Senior Director of
Finance.
Our client is looking for someone with 10+ years of experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is hybrid. The salary for this position is $250K - $300K. RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a strategic finance business partner to executive leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while ensuring strong financial controls, compliance with corporate standards, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems. Contribute to executive-level strategic planning by developing and executing financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives. Support business development initiatives, including financial analysis for growth strategies, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and business closures. Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including oversight of P&L and balance sheet forecasting. Manage the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes in collaboration with finance leadership. Partner with operations and plant leadership to drive cost optimization, productivity initiatives, pricing discipline, and margin improvement. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CMA highly preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in a global manufacturing environment. Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and operational controlling (knowledge of US GAAP required). Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, divestitures, integration, and developing restructuring plans. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build, manage, and influence large, global teams.
