My client in the ITSM space is looking for Channel Account Manager you will be responsible for growing the customer base by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts across the region, Working closely with partners. See below for more information Own and expand a customer portfolio in Germany through direct and partner-led sales Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Understand client needs and position tailored solutions that drive their success Maintain pipeline visibility, plan strategically, and represent the company at key events Background Required Experience selling IT/software solutions, ideally within ITSM OR B2B SaaS Proven success working with partners to build relationships and close deals Familiar with structured sales methods (e.g. MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) Strong commercial mindset, communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach Fluent in German and English, with flexibility to travel What You Get Remote in Germany €110,000 OTE
