Intaso has partnered with a high-growth cybersecurity startup to hire a Founding Senior Sales Enablement Manager in Boulder, CO. This is a true ground-floor opportunity to build and own the enablement function from scratch as the company gears up to triple ARR over the next 12 months . You’ll be embedded in the GTM team, working directly with leadership to shape how the sales org operates, ramps, and scales. What they’re looking for: 2–3+ years in Sales Enablement with a track record of building programs that actually drive rep performance Background as a quota-carrying rep (AE / SDR / BDR) strongly preferred Experience creating onboarding, training, and sales playbooks from the ground up Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Channel Cybersecurity or adjacent tech experience is a strong plus Able to be onsite in Boulder, CO 3 days per week What’s on the table: $150K–$170K OTE Founding role with full ownership of enablement strategy and execution Direct exposure to GTM leadership and real influence on revenue outcomes Opportunity to build the infrastructure that supports the company’s next phase of growth
