Intaso has partnered with a high-growth cybersecurity startup to hire a Founding Senior Sales Enablement Manager in Boulder, CO.
This is a true ground-floor opportunity to build and own the enablement function from scratch as the company gears up to triple ARR over the next 12 months . You’ll be embedded in the GTM team, working directly with leadership to shape how the sales org operates, ramps, and scales.
What they’re looking for:
2–3+ years in Sales Enablement with a track record of building programs that actually drive rep performance
Background as a quota-carrying rep (AE / SDR / BDR) strongly preferred
Experience creating onboarding, training, and sales playbooks from the ground up
Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Channel
Cybersecurity or adjacent tech experience is a strong plus
Able to be onsite in Boulder, CO 3 days per week
What’s on the table:
$150K–$170K OTE
Founding role with full ownership of enablement strategy and execution
Direct exposure to GTM leadership and real influence on revenue outcomes
