Overview
We are seeking a
hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect
to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across a multi-cloud environment. This role blends
architecture, development, and delivery leadership , requiring someone who can operate strategically while also contributing technically.
This is a
high-impact role
working across enterprise initiatives, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver modern, integrated Salesforce solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technology strategy
Define
data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures
Lead multi-cloud strategy across
Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud
Establish best practices for architecture, development, and DevOps
Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
Development & Customization (Hands-On)
Build and maintain
Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Develop automation using
Flows and Triggers
Configure Salesforce features including objects, workflows, validation rules, and layouts
Deliver custom apps, reports, dashboards, and workflows
Integration & Data
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems
Support
real-time and batch integrations
using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and ETL tools
Partner on integrations with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and third-party systems
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms
Security, Performance & DevOps
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
Manage deployments using
CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SFDX
Oversee testing, release management, and environment strategy
Leadership & Delivery
Partner with stakeholders to define solutions and drive alignment
Lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives from discovery through deployment
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators
Support project planning, estimation, and delivery execution
What We’re Looking For Required Experience
10+ years of CRM experience, with a strong focus on
Salesforce architecture and implementation
Deep expertise across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)
Experience with
API integrations, middleware, and enterprise system integrations
Proven ability to design
scalable architectures, data models, and secure solutions
Experience with
DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Git, SFDX)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
Experience leading projects and working directly with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g.,
Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer )
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
Hybrid role with a mix of onsite and remote work in the
Atlanta area
