Sales Executive (Custom Paper Packaging)

John Evans Recruiting is conducting a search for a Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience selling in the paper packaging industry. Our client is a private equity-backed custom packaging business looking to grow from $30M to $150M over the next 5 years. This client organization is seeking a mid to senior level sales hunter to add to their 12-person sales team, as the business grows organically and through acquisition.

As a small independent regional converter, our client is proud of their broad capabilities in manufacturing, their speed, and their flexibility for clients. This organization also has a very strong structural design team to support packaging needs for clients across all industries.

Clients served are in the cosmetics, food & beverage, medical device, life sciences, promotional marketing, health & wellness, recreation/outdoors, cannabis, tobacco, and consumer packaged goods industries.

Requirements

3+ years of sales experience in the paper packaging industry

Strong hunter sales ability

Ability to bring a book of clients is preferred

Home location based in Southern California with the ability to be in the Los Angeles HQ 1-2 days a week

Candidates based in Arizona, Las Vegas, and Northern California are also of interest

This position will offer a compelling base salary, commission, and benefits package.
