
German-Speaking Sales Representative (Real Estate)

Your Mission You will manage the full client journey end-to-end , from lead acquisition to successful property purchase, delivering a premium, consultative experience tailored to German-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound leads from German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)
Build trust-based relationships with high-value international clients
Conduct virtual and in-person property presentations
Guide clients through the full sales cycle: inquiry → consultation → negotiation → closing
Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure seamless transactions
Maintain high-quality CRM tracking and reporting
Act as a brand ambassador of ACH values: trust, integrity, and excellence
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales (real estate preferred, but not mandatory)
Fluent in German and Albanian (English is a plus)
Strong understanding of the German client mindset: precision, reliability, transparency
Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High ethical standards and professional integrity
Ambition driven by growth and performance , not shortcuts
Self-discipline, ownership mentality, and resilience
University degree preferred (Legal, Economics, or Engineering fields are highly valued)
