I’m partnering with an established, mid-sized manufacturer of waterborne resins that is expanding its U.S. commercial team.
This is a commercially focused, high-impact role with a flexible scope across Key Account Management and Business Development, in a flat and entrepreneurial environment.
Location:
Remote, USA (must be near a major airport)
Please note: West Coast locations are not being considered.
The Role Drive growth across key strategic accounts in coatings, adhesives, and construction (CASE) markets Identify and develop new business opportunities within waterborne resins Build strong, long-term relationships with formulators and manufacturers Work closely with technical teams to support solution-driven selling and product adoption Take ownership of your commercial area with a high level of autonomy
Profile ~10+ years’ experience in waterborne resins / coatings / CASE markets Strong background in key account management and/or business development Established network within relevant industries Commercial, hands‑on mindset with the ability to operate in a lean structure
