Oracle Functional Consultant- Property Manager- Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience with Oracle EBusiness suite R12.x
Strong functional knowledge of property management, leasing, billing, and property accounting, property types and lease structures, rent increases (CPI-based, fixed, step increases, Rent normalization)
Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Proven experience conducting functional analysis and system testing
Experience writing and executing test scenarios and test cases
Hands-on experience using JIRA for test management and defect tracking
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to document processes clearly and professionally
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, including Accounting, real estate and operational departments
