Position Summary The Digital Architect designs and implements digital solutions that drive business success. They work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Develops and maintains the architecture for a specific domain, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and enterprise standards.

Creates detailed architectural designs, including models, diagrams, and documentation.

Collaborates with business stakeholders and domain experts to gather and define domain‑specific requirements.

Translates business requirements into technical specifications and architectural solutions.

Evaluates and recommends technologies, tools, and frameworks that support the domain’s architecture.

Stays updated on domain‑specific technology trends and best practices.

Provides technical guidance and support during the implementation of domain‑specific solutions.

Ensures that implementations adhere to architectural designs and standards.

Ensures seamless integration of domain‑specific systems with other enterprise systems.

Designs and implements integration solutions that facilitate data flow and interoperability.

Monitors and optimizes the performance of domain‑specific systems.

Identifies and resolves architectural issues and bottlenecks.

Work Experience A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in a related field.

A minimum of 12 years’ progressive experience in a related field preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Proficient in digital architecture design and best practices.

Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Travel Requirements Up to 25% of the time.

Compensation Range Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
