Job Description We’re hiring a HubSpot Consultant to support B2B clients across a range of RevOps and CRM initiatives—from implementations and migrations to ongoing optimization and support. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where you’ll work across different types of projects, helping companies build, improve, and scale how they use HubSpot. What You’ll Do You’ll support client engagements across a variety of needs—sometimes leading full projects, other times improving or supporting existing systems.
HubSpot & RevOps Work
Lead and support HubSpot implementations, migrations, and system improvements
Design and refine CRM systems across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hub
Build workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and scoring
Create and manage pipelines, properties, permissions, and data structures
Support integrations and data syncs (Salesforce, APIs, Zapier, etc.)
Improve data quality, reporting, and overall system usability
Build dashboards and reporting for leadership and revenue teams
Translate business needs into practical, scalable HubSpot solutions
Client & Consulting Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HubSpot and RevOps strategy
Work across a mix of project types and timelines
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Deliver documentation, Looms, and guidance for ongoing success
Help clients evolve their systems over time; not just “set it and forget it”
Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand solutions
This Role Is a Fit If You
Have 4–6+ years of hands‑on HubSpot or RevOps experience
Have experience across multiple types of HubSpot work (not just one area)
Enjoy both building new systems and improving existing ones
Are comfortable working with different clients, industries, and challenges
Can connect business goals to technical execution without overcomplicating things
Take ownership and enjoy figuring out the best solution—not just the easiest
Like variety in your work and don’t want to be boxed into one type of project
Bonus Points
Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner or agency
HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops Hub)
Experience managing multiple clients or projects at once
Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google Workspace
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (based on experience & skillset)
