Position Summary Outbound Sales Agents work in an automated phone system that makes telephone calls to potential customers who respond to various ADT marketing and partner campaigns. Agents engage with these potential customers, verify each contact meets specified criteria, and transfer the qualified customer to an Inbound Sales Specialist.
Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Responsibilities
Focused verbal communication
Use pointed rebuttals to overcome objections
Demonstrate empathy
Update call status in the phone system
Maintain availability to engage with potential customers
Adhere to company compliance and quality standards
High‑speed internet with minimum 50Mbps download/25Mbps upload speed and access to internet solely by ethernet cord
Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Sales experience preferred
Over‑the‑phone call center experience preferred
Basic computer skills required
Must complete and pass a pre‑employment drug/background check

Independent worker with experience in a commission‑based environment
Self‑starter and motivated by personal goal achievementCritical Thinking and Problem‑Solving abilities
Strong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Strong use of business vocabulary
Strict adherence to team agendas, policies, and guidelines
Education/Certification
High school diploma or GED
Pay and Benefits Disclosure The pay range for this role is $11.00 an hour, plus commission, and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees will earn a training wage of $11/hr + $250 completion bonus during Week 1 of Training. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off (PTO) among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours of PTO in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
The anticipated end date for application submission is 4/01/2026. The role is scheduled to start 5/04/2026.
