We are seeking a Sales Consultant for ESA Buzz Project, a fast‑growing local business discovery and SaaS platform serving San Antonio.
About the Platform ESA Buzz Project connects residents with local businesses, products, and services through a web and mobile search engine. Advanced tools include AI‑powered local search, interactive map listings, business insights, online booking, eCommerce integrations and SaaS modules (CRM, billing, marketing automation).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to local SMBs within the San Antonio MSA.
Present ESA Buzz Project’s local listing packages and SaaS solutions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Manage renewals and upsells to grow recurring revenue.
Accurately record leads, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM.
Provide feedback on local business needs and market trends.
Qualifications
Proven experience in telephone or inside sales, ideally with SaaS or advertising products.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with local business marketing or digital advertising is a plus.
Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
Based in or deeply familiar with San Antonio, TX area.
Compensation Commission‑based payout on 3 years recurring monthly revenue generated by your sales:
A) 50%
of monthly recurring revenue until payouts reach
$5,000 per month .
B) 30%
of monthly recurring revenue above (A) until payout reaches
$10,000 per month .
С) 10%
of monthly recurring revenue above (B).
Residual commissions are paid as long as the client remains active. No cap on earnings.
