As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Kizen, you’ll sit at the intersection of cutting‑edge tech, operational transformation, and customer success. You’ll work directly with clients, customizing our low‑code platform for everything from sales to marketing and operations, building scalable, data‑driven solutions that make a real impact. You’ll collaborate closely with implementation, product, and data teams in a high‑performing, mission‑driven environment where your work is noticed and celebrated.

What You’ll Be Doing

Transforming client needs into powerful solutions using our low‑code platform

Guiding clients through the entire deployment journey — from kickoff to go‑live

Working with APIs, automation tools (Zapier/Workato), and data pipelines to build seamless integrations between platforms

Cleaning and transforming data to ensure every field lands in the right place, at the right time

Delivering hands‑on training to help clients unlock the full potential of Kizen

Continuously identifying areas to improve processes using real‑time data insights

Tracking tasks, reporting progress, and proactively clearing blockers to keep things moving fast

Becoming a trusted advisor to clients by translating technical complexities into simple, clear guidance

Minimum Requirements – What You Bring to the Table

7+ years of SaaS implementation experience (bonus for client‑facing roles)

A deep love for tech, data, and using both to drive better outcomes

Hands‑on experience with data transformation (Excel, Python, ETL/API work)

Experience configuring customizable, low‑code platforms

Excellent communicator – confident speaking to developers or to a CEO

A knack for teaching others – running training sessions or creating documentation

Proactive mindset: you don’t wait for problems; you find and fix them

Obsessive attention to detail – precision is key to you

A growth mindset – hungry to learn, adapt, and level up every day

Excitement about working from the Austin office 4 days a week

Ideal Requirements

Experience in insurance or healthcare verticals

Fluent in SQL, Excel wizardry, or Python scripting

Experience with automation tools like Workato

Prior work with BPM or CRM platforms

Background in project management or consulting

A desire to lead, grow quickly, and leave a legacy

Compensation The base salary range for this position is $120,000–$150,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer generous equity and benefits packages.
