About the Role We are seeking

Account Executives

with a history of selling into mid‑market accounts within the banking and mortgage lending industries as we introduce our next‑generation platform to these markets.

This is an opportunity of a lifetime for someone who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As an Account Executive , you’ll be working directly with our Sales Director

to bring digital transformation to the masses.

In this strategic role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering cutting‑edge AI solutions across financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Hunting:

This is a full‑cycle AE role. You will be responsible for prospecting into accounts, mapping out new logos, and finding innovative ways to close business.

Shape Sales Strategy:

Implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, ensuring alignment with Kizen’s overall business objectives.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within target organizations. Understand their business needs and challenges to position Kizen’s solutions effectively.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to your manager. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least 4-6 years of experience in hunting and closing net‑new business across the banking or mortgage verticals.

Consultative Sales Background - Skilled at deeply understanding prospect business objectives and needs, creating custom use cases on Kizen’s platform, and building strategic plans tailored to each client.

You must have deep technical knowledge and be able to articulate this in a concise and simple manner to potential clients. Navigating conversations with technical buyers (CTO/CIO).

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. You are a multi‑threading fanatic.

Ideally have an existing book of business that you will have the ability and trust to bring and deploy new technology to.

Frequent

Travel For Large Deals & Live Events

- 2X per month on average, budget season could require weekly travel.

Eager to be a part of a startup that is amongst some of the major winners of the AI movement. No job is too big or too small. Must have an attitude of accountability to get things done.

Excited to be in‑office with your peers - this is a hybrid position in which you will be in‑office 4 days of the week with Wednesday being optional.

The base salary range for this position is

$120,000 - $150,000.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer generous equity and benefits packages.
