PATH is looking for a
Head of Investor Relations
to partner closely with our CEO and help lead engagement with investors and raise capital to support PATH’s growth. This role will own investor communications, relationship management, and fundraising efforts, while helping shape and tell the story of PATH’s business, impact, and long‑term vision.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: Starting at $150,000
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on – someone who enjoys building relationships, translating financial performance into clear narratives, and working cross‑functionally to keep investors informed and confident. You’ll play a key role in supporting current investors and building relationships with future partners as PATH continues to grow.
About The Role Investor Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors through clear, thoughtful, and consistent communication
Develop investor‑facing materials including presentations, updates, and talking points that align with PATH’s brand, mission, and business strategy
Lead preparation for investor updates, meetings, and other external communications in partnership with the CEO and senior leadership
Coordinate investor events such as update calls, roadshows, and conferences, and help prepare leaders for investor conversations
Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, and peer activity, sharing insights with leadership
Fundraising & Capital Strategy
Partner with the CEO on fundraising efforts, including planning, outreach, and execution
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective investors and maintain organized tracking of investor interactions
Support the development of pitch decks, data rooms, and fundraising materials
Act as a strategic thought partner on capital strategy, timing, and long‑term funding needs
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Finance, Legal, and cross‑functional leaders to ensure investor communications are accurate and aligned
Support board and leadership updates related to investor relations and fundraising activities
Ensure all investor communications follow applicable regulations and best practices
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
Experience supporting fundraising or investor engagement in a growth‑stage company is strongly preferred
Strong financial understanding with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Collaborative, thoughtful, and energized by working closely with senior leadership
