We are currently searching for a
Senior Product Analyst – Digital Analytics & SEO (Retail)
to support our client for a direct hire position. This is a
remote position , and the selected person will need to work
remote (eastern or central time zone) .
Focus: Digital analytics, technical SEO, marketplace reporting, and digital performance insights.
Experience: 8+ years in digital analytics, product analysis, or digital commerce analytics.
U.S. remote (Eastern or Central time zones preferred)
and require
strong experience within retail or digital commerce ecosystems .
Work authorization:
U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.
The Senior Product Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and experience in digital analytics, technical SEO, and digital commerce reporting to support a leading client in the retail industry.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, digital marketing teams, product teams, and engineering teams to analyze digital performance, support technical SEO initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making across digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital analytics platforms, SEO best practices, marketplace reporting, and accessibility standards, along with the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable product recommendations. Experience with analytics platform migrations, and modern digital analytics tools will be highly valuable as part of the client’s future digital roadmap.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand digital performance goals and analytics requirements.
Gather and analyze business needs related to digital analytics, reporting, and technical SEO capabilities.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, analytical frameworks, and reporting structures.
Provide insights that help guide product decisions, digital experience improvements, and marketing strategies.
Analyze digital commerce data to generate actionable insights on user behavior, product performance, and engagement metrics.
Assist in defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for digital commerce initiatives.
Assist with future roadmap initiatives such as analytics platform migrations (e.g., GA4 to Adobe Analytics).
Analyze site performance and identify SEO optimization opportunities related to page structure, metadata, and indexing.
Work closely with product managers, digital marketing teams, engineering teams, and analytics teams to align product initiatives with business goals.
Requirements8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Digital Analyst.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital data and translate insights into product improvements.
Experience working with digital product teams in enterprise environments.
Experience working with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
Experience analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and digital engagement metrics.
Familiarity with SEO factors such as metadata optimization, site structure, indexing, and page performance.
Experience analyzing product performance and marketplace engagement data.
Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting digital analytics platform migrations.
Exposure to Customer Journey Analytics tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Knowledge of web accessibility standards and digital experience compliance frameworks.
Experience working in retail or digital commerce environments.
