Overview

Pickleball Insurance Sales (Reg 4 SW) - No Joke! Hybrid full-time position responsible for the Southwestern region of sales. Candidates MUST RESIDE in CA NV UT NM or AZ. Intended date of hire is January 15, 2026. Interviews will be conducted October 15 – December 1, 2025, with final candidate selections made no later than December 15, 2025. Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Commission Compensation structure includes an Experience-based Guaranteed Draw Salary (offset by commissions; no claw-back): $80,000-120,000 Net new business commission: 5-7% of premium Renewal commissions: 3-6% of premium Health Insurance: Platinum PPO for employee (75% employer/25% employee) and dependents (25% employer/75% employee) Dental Insurance: 100% paid by company 401(k) matching after one year of employment Travel expenses paid: gas, tolls, parking, airfare, bag fees (food not included) All computer equipment provided for home/traveling office Responsibilities and Qualifications

Active P&C Insurance license or willingness to obtain Sales experience in insurance or another comparable B2B industry Experience working remotely Clean criminal background check Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle Must live within the designated Southwestern territory Proficiency using Apple computers, GSuite and Dropbox Key Traits
