How you’ll make an impact As a Senior Salesforce & NetSuite Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Strata. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce and NetSuite environments—gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable, long‑term best‑practice solutions while using the latest technologies.

We need someone with a deep understanding of Salesforce, NetSuite, and back‑office applications who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, quickly identify areas for improvement. The Senior Salesforce & NetSuite Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, and communicate, prioritize, and manage all aspects of a project. This role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Services, and Growth.

Responsibilities Implementation & Integration

Build new and maintain integrated applications with Salesforce and NetSuite, embedded apps, and related tools not integrated with Salesforce or NetSuite (e.g., standalone back‑office apps).

Configure Salesforce (e.g., Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports).

Configure NetSuite (e.g., roles, page layouts, approvals, workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalyticsConnect, saved searches, dashboards, and reports).

Respond to issues, change requests, and manage system upgrades, releases, and change control processes.

Gather business requirements and write system documentation and knowledge articles.

Train users on system functionality and new features.

Workflow Automation & Process Optimization

Serve as primary NetSuite system owner and subject‑matter expert.

Contribute subject‑matter expertise as a key part of the Salesforce administration team.

Deep understanding of finance processes and controls in a SaaS/software business model.

Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce), procurement tools, and process improvement methodologies.

Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes, such as IT support during month‑end and year‑end close processes.

Maintain and optimize system configurations across financials, AR/AP, revenue recognition, order management, and procurement.

Optimize applications considering latest technologies and address technical debt to maintain an efficient and up‑to‑date system architecture.

Assist in implementing security practices by monitoring login and user activity, auditing fields, profile & role access, security permissions, and deactivating unneeded user accounts.

Complete regular internal audits of the system.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com & NetSuite.

3+ years’ experience with at least two of the following: Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.

Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, NetSuite Certified Administrator, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant preferred.

Experience working with multiple departments (Finance, Operations, Services, Sales, IT).

Background in finance, accounting, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS software environments.

Knowledge of Salesforce Flow and NetSuite Workflow.

Proven ability to examine processes, identify, and implement efficiencies.

Comfortable with setting up new integrations, managing and consolidating existing ones.

Preferred experience in: Avalara, Coupa, Concur, FloQast, Marketo.

Experience with: SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Smartsheet, Pendo, Gong.

Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000-110,000

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
