
Senior Account Executive

We’re looking for a Sr. Account Executive who is ready to lead CPG brand execution and drive meaningful impact across grocery and food service channels.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with clients and internal teams to manage and assist in projects end-to-end from planning and budgeting, to flawless execution. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, a go-getter, highly organized, and confident in building strong working relationships. At TWG, we’re small by design and big in impact. Proactive management of project timelines and tasks Ability to troubleshoot, be a proactive thinker and problem-solver Coordination and partnership with external vendors, retailer contacts, other CPG brands, and agency partners Financial proficiency with budgeting, invoicing, tracking, and reconciliation Active participation in both internal and client status calls Team collaboration, while exhibiting a high-level of personal responsibility and commitment Demonstration of presentation skills, both written and verbal Curiosity and a desire to learn and stay on top of industry trends A combination of self-starter and team-player mindsets; contribute to agency initiatives and culture Candidate Requirements:
Education: Four-year Degree in marketing, communication, or related field Job Type: Full-time, preferably Dallas-based with hybrid in-office schedule Preferred knowledge of CPG marketing execution and sponsored search within National and Regional Grocery, Mass, and Natural Channel retailers, including but not limited to: Albertsons Companies, Meijer, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Walmart, Sam’s Club Preferred knowledge of B2B CPG Food Service experience Analytical and problem-solving skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite About Us:
