Account Executive – New Customer Acquisition
Location:
Cary / Raleigh, North Carolina
Work Mode:
Work from Office (initially remote for the first couple of months)

Job Summary Going forward, please ensure that all submissions for the Account Executive position have experience in the following areas.

A deeper background in SaaS sales , including full-cycle ownership and experience selling into mid‑market/enterprise customers.
A minimum of 5+ years ofexperience , which is essential given the complexity of the role.
Longer tenure within a single organization , demonstrating consistency, quota performance, and the ability to grow within a SaaS environment
Key Responsibilities
New Customer Acquisition:
Proactively identify, engage, and convert net-new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Pipeline Management:
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Product Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of CloudFuze’s solutions to effectively articulate value propositions to prospective customers.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely deal closures while maintaining profitability.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position CloudFuze as a leader in cloud migration.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an
Account Executive
or in a similar sales role, preferably within
cloud technology or IT products/services .
Strong understanding of
cloud technologies
and their business impact.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Hands‑on experience with
CRM tools
such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales productivity platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in
Business
or a
Technology‑related field
is preferred.
