Versana experience (strongly preferred) OR heavy Loan IQ experience

Product Owner / Product Manager experience (backlog ownership)

Syndicated loan servicing experience (commercial lending)

Agile experience (Jira, user stories, sprint work)

UAT + production deployment support experience

Strong stakeholder communication + cross-functional coordination

Plusses

Direct Versana lifecycle experience (integration, data flows, eventing)

Experience at large banks (JPM, BofA, Citi, etc.)

Technical background (nice to have, not required)

Experience working with external vendors on implementations

Job Summary This role is a niche Product Owner supporting the implementation of Versana, a new platform in syndicated loan servicing. The consultant will own the product backlog, drive feature delivery, and partner across business and technology teams to support integration with Loan IQ. This is a gap-fill position requiring someone who can come in and deliver immediate impact in a fast-moving, complex environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog (Versana + Loan IQ integration)

Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements

Partner with tech teams and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions

Act as main POC for production issues, enhancements, and escalations

Lead production triage and coordinate issue resolution

Support UAT execution and production releases

Work within Agile framework (Jira, sprint planning, story grooming)
