Senior Financial Analyst (Remote) – High Impact, Executive Exposure
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team in a remote capacity. This is not a role for someone still growing into the function—we are looking for a sharp, high-performing professional who can operate with confidence in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, working directly with executives on complex financial initiatives. The work is intellectually demanding and highly visible—success in this role requires strong business acumen, analytical horsepower, and the ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter.

Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver monthly financial reporting used by Executive & Sales Leadership teams
Partner with FP&A leaders to drive budgeting and forecasting processes
Act as a strategic advisor to operations leaders on expense management and cost optimization
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
Support and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance FP&A capabilities
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
Perform monthly variance analysis and provide actionable insights & prepare and execute presentations to leadership
Execute ad hoc analysis and strategic projects
What We’re Looking For We need someone who can hit the ground running—not someone who needs to be taught the fundamentals.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related
3-5+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced, complex environment
Advanced Excel skills (must be highly proficient)
Proven ability to think critically, learn quickly, and solve complex problems independently
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with senior executives
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Preferred:
Experience with ERP and Reporting systems
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar tool
Background in Retail, Franchise, Financial Services, Insurance industries
