Now Hiring: Staff or Senior Tax Analyst | Hybrid (Metro Atlanta)
We're working with a privately held, growing organization to hire a Staff or Senior Tax Analyst to join a small, high‑impact corporate tax team.
Experience Levels Considered
Staff / Tax Analyst:
2+ years of relevant experience
Senior Tax Analyst:
5+ years of relevant experience
Must‑Haves
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Strong data analysis (G/L, large data sets, apportionment, tax notices)
Corporate tax experience preferred; public accounting tax considered
Experience with sales tax and W‑9 processing
Exposure to corporate tax provisions and returns (1120, GAAP provision)
Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Nice‑to‑Haves
Tax administration experience
OneSource is highly preferred
Journal entries and high‑volume data exposure
Financial services or insurance background
CPA not required

Coordinate sales tax data and new location setup
File excise returns; respond to tax notices
Reconcile tax accounts; calculate estimated payments
Support audits and external tax preparers
