We are currently recruiting for an
ERP Functional Lead(D365)
for one of our clients. Our client is a leader in building technology-enabled business process solutions for industrial producers globally. They develop highly integrated software solutions that increase both the effectiveness and efficiency of customer-facing business processes in a wide range of B2B applications.
Customer will consider offering
relocation assistance
for out-of-state candidates OR consider

Summary:
The ERP Functional Lead will be collaborating with functional leaders to implement out-of-the-box business capabilities and where there are gaps to meet the desired functionality, you design robust solutions that scale to the needs of the business. A good understanding of master data management best practices and governance of user security is required. Knowledge of supply chain management and financial management capabilities is a plus. Implementation experience with D365 is required. The ERP Solution Architect reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications.
Define business requirements in collaboration with business leaders
Develop technical specifications for the customizations and provide estimates
Guide developers on implementation work and validate their body of work
Perform configurations and extensions within D365 in Finance and Operations (F&O)
Develop test scenarios and test scripts to validate changes to D365 F&O
Ensure seamless integration between D365 and the broader IT systems
Ensure D365 application response times meet the needs of the distributed global team and drive performance improvements needed
Provide technical support and training for D365 F&O end-users
Prepare development progress updates and document ERP processes
Maintain centralized and accurate master data repositories (Customer, Product, etc.)
Configure and adjust user roles and permissions within D365 to enable the right level of segregation of duties (SOD) for end-users
Knowledge of D365 F&O marketplace products and their differentiated capabilities is required
Adhere to the company policies and industry regulations
Keep abreast of the latest ERP trends
Qualifications:
Completed Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree
2+ years of experience working in a lead role on a global ERP implementation project
Certification in D365 ERP and ERP business process integration is preferred
A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous
Working experience with a leading Microsoft D365 partner is preferred
Implementation of D365 F&O for a global manufacturing distributor is preferred
Great organizational and time management skills
Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
