Senior Outside Plant Engineer

This position is remote. Preferred candidates will be from North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia due to travel demands. The Senior Outside Plant Engineer (OSP) is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering designs produced by both internal teams and external engineering partners as well as individual designs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction by verifying that all engineering work orders comply with customer specifications, company standards, and industry best practices. The Senior OSP Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality trends and providing regular feedback to engineering leadership.
