to directly work in support of our national cybersecurity client’s Chief of Staff’s Office in our
Arlington, VA
location with theoptionfor routine remote work.The role will entail working closely with the CISA CSD Chief of Staff to drive operational cadence, lead process improvement efforts, and manage organizational change across a complex federal environment.
Responsibilities
Apply structured methodologies to leadchange management and business process improvement initiatives across a cybersecurity organization,helpingtobridge the gap from current tofuturestate Develop approach and conduct current state analysis that examinesvarious elements of the organizational structure and communications operational tempo Facilitate strategy discussions and translate content into relevant and actionable deliverables Advise on the technical design and delivery of key change management communication initiatives and deliverables; provide input into stakeholder engagement strategies/plans Provide data engineering & operational / knowledge management reporting solutions in support of a mission enabling office Operate as the Senior Subject Matter Expert to architect and engineer the governance frameworks required for division-wide execution of operational risk decisions
Required Skills
Must be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance 10+ years progressive experience in program/project management consulting and progressive technical or organizational change delivery lead support Ability to understand the client’s vision, mission, and goals and synthesize organizational capabilities and gaps. Leverage understanding to develop and drive clear,integratedand unifying frameworks for action and decisions involving businesses and missionfocus Experienceexecuting organization-widechangeinitiativesagainst various change modelsto include defining a roadmap, coordinating resources, and managing implementation activities Experience leading, managing, supervising, and guiding diverse team(s) of technical, functional, and creative subject matter experts in delivering mission value, improving culture, and driving results for customers and staff alike Experience influencing executive leadership and setting expectations forcross functional initiatives Demonstrated ability to understand, resolve and communicate technical and business issues Ability to function effectively in an energetic, fast paced environment whilemaintainingexcellent systems of organization, focus, and attention to detail Demonstratedstrategic and critical thinking, with strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users Demonstratedability to build, grow, andmaintainstrong relationships with customers, peers, leadership, and teams. Proven success in consultingtoC-level clients Demonstrateability to effectively help customers and new and/or transforming organizations transition from “storming/forming” phases to “performing” phase Experience managing people, including performance management and career coaching
