
Sales Representative, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SaaS Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Expert on the North American Sales Team, you will drive growth and help companies fast-track their digitization journey. You will work with both new prospects and legacy customers through every stage of the sales cycle. This position may be based in Metro-Boston, Denver, CO, Houston, TX or San Diego, CA.
Growing our North American business and meeting revenue targets
Matching solutions to customer needs and turning leads into opportunities
Partnering with technical, customer success, marketing, and business development teams
Managing full sales cycles from discovery to closure, onboarding, and renewal
Delivering accurate forecasts for transactional and consultative sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3+ years of full-cycle software sales experience
Experience with PLM is a plus
Interest in Cloud and SaaS solutions
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Open to candidates with US Citizenship or a Green Card Holder

Compensation & Benefits Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary Pay Transparency Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $90,000 and $112,500, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
