Are you a strategic sales and revenue leader with a passion for driving growth in fintech? Central Payments is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Revenue to lead and execute strategies that accelerate revenue growth, expand market opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you’ll partner with executive leadership to shape the future of our revenue strategy while leading high-performing sales and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies that drive sustainable growth and align with company objectives
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities including new markets, partnerships, and product offerings
Lead and manage the sales organization by setting performance goals, developing processes, and driving sales productivity
Oversee marketing initiatives to ensure campaigns and strategies support revenue growth
Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue strategies with overall company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Partner with product teams to ensure offerings align with market demand and revenue objectives
Work closely with finance to develop revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth
Continuously improve revenue processes, systems, and reporting to maximize efficiency and performance
Ensure revenue activities align with regulatory requirements and manage associated risks

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or technology-related sales
5+ years in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth
Relevant certifications in revenue management, sales leadership, or related areas preferred but not required
