We have supplied over3.1 million NEV traction motors to major OEMs including NIO, XPeng, SAIC, and Geely. Our product range covers 10W-250KW motors for applications spanning passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, robotics, and eVTOL. We are now establishing our European presence and seek an entrepreneurial professional to drive our market entry.
Role Mission As our first European business development lead, you will pioneer Founder Motor's market entry into the European e-mobility sector. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape our European strategy and build our client base from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute Founder Motor's European market entry plan, focusing on German and European OEMs
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers) across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and specialty vehicle segments
Technical Business Development: Leverage your e-motor industry expertise to effectively present our product capabilities (flat wire technology, oil cooling, 250KW power range) to technical and commercial decision-makers
Partnership Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the European e-mobility ecosystem
Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the Group Head of Overseas Business
Phase-Based Expansion Plan
Initial Phase: Focus on market validation, client identification, and building initial OEM engagements
Growth Phase: As business volume develops, we will establish local operational support and strengthen our market presence
Maturity Phase: With proven market success, we will explore deeper local partnerships and investment opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven E-Motor Industry Background: 5+ years in e-motor sales, business development, or application engineering within the European automotive sector
Established OEM/Tier-1 Network: Existing relationships with German/European automotive OEMs or major Tier 1 suppliers
Technical Business Acumen: Ability to discuss motor specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and technical requirements with engineering teams
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch in a startup-like environment
Flexibility: Open to non-traditional engagement models (EOR or freelance consulting)
Language: Professional proficiency in English and German; additional European languages beneficial
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Europe as needed
