Position Summary Entry Level B2B Sales Representative

We’re hiring a highly motivated

Entry Level B2B Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team. If you're enthusiastic, coachable, and eager to launch a career in sales, leadership, or account management, this is your opportunity. In this role, you'll meet directly with local small to mid-sized businesses, offer value-driven solutions, and build long-term partnerships that drive long-term client retention.

Responsibilities

Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers

Deliver consultative product presentations and close deals

Build and manage a personal book of business

Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress

Collaborate with team members to optimize the client experience

Meet weekly and monthly sales goals with full support from leadership

Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and follow-through

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic, positive, and coachable attitude

Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a client-facing, performance-driven environment

Reliable transportation recommended but not required

Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required!

Compensation & Schedule

Job Type:

Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8-hour shift

Pay:

$55,000–$75,000 annually (based on performance)

Location:

Hybrid — remote and in-person work in Providence, RI (02909)
