Job Overview: As a Salesforce Solutions Architect Manager at Crowe, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of innovative, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Collaborating directly with prospects, clients, and internal teams, you will utilize your expertise to evaluate customer requirements and craft secure technical architectures that harness the full capabilities of Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients, solution architects, developers, and consultants to gather detailed requirements, develop robust solutions that align with business goals, and effectively present tailored solutions to stakeholders. Oversee the technical scope and direction of multiple projects, managing client expectations along the way. Lead the delivery of custom solutions, facilitating technical design sessions and creating comprehensive design documentation in accordance with development best practices. Take ownership of all technical components of Force.com implementations, including custom coding, system integrations, and third-party applications. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and APIs is essential. Guide and mentor a team of developers to achieve project milestones while addressing technical challenges and promoting best practices. Develop integrations between external systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across applications. Support sales processes by participating in discovery meetings, developing solutions, and estimating Statements of Work. Experience & Requirements: At least 5 years of Salesforce experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Technical Architect. Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role is essential. Expertise in the Force.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Heroku) with a broad understanding of the entire product suite. Preferred experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce. Proficient in creating System Architecture Design Documents, Integration Flows, UI mock-ups, and wireframes. Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect preferred) or equivalent experience is required. A passion for tackling complex business challenges with scalable technology solutions. Experience managing the complete Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including code management, environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies. Strong leadership skills in overseeing a development team and ensuring adherence to best practices in development and integration. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a capacity to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to be hands-on when required and assist in team development and knowledge expansion. This role requires a minimum of 20% travel. While we appreciate talent from all over the country, we will consider candidates outside of traditional office locations for this position.
