Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Leadership: Ensure that the Fire Service channel strategy delivers business growth and partner success
Partner Development & Performance Management: Strengthen relationships, drive accountability, and maximize partner performance
Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution: Ensure alignment between business strategy, field execution, and partner initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Best Practices: Improve process discipline, visibility, and accountability in partner management
Channel Insight & Future Strategy: Provide market and partner insight to guide long-term direction
Overall Performance & Leadership Behaviors: Demonstrate the leadership and collaboration needed to drive results through influence
Qualifications Experience Required:
At least 10 years in a customer facing position such as sales, customer service or support.
At least 5 years managing strategic account channel partners.
Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated success understanding and interpreting data to drive decision-making and performance analysis and reporting.
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills.
Self-directed, accountable, and able to balance strategy with hands‑on execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and projects and delivering results on time, on budget and within scope.
Indirect team leadership over various support roles including ability to articulate, prioritize and deliver required outcomes.
Ability to travel up to 50% to engage partners and support field sales alignment.
Experience Preferred:
Experience in the fire service, public safety, or industrial equipment markets.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Education Preferred:
Master’s degree in related field.
