This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder. As Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s strategy, driving its mission, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. You will lead initiatives to strengthen partnerships, implement effective programs, and ensure organizational growth. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, business development, promoting the organization’s vision, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires innovative thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills to guide WCA GLOBAL™ into its next era of growth. Fund raising experience. Equity shares will be allocated to the Co Founder. Salary will be activated upon first round of succesful funding. Qualifications
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies to drive outreach and partnerships Experience in conducting research and deriving actionable insights Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for ethical business practices and consumer advocacy Proven track record of successfully overseeing business operations and scaling organizations Background in business, global trade, or a related field is preferred but not required Fund raising track history.
