Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gulfport, MS, with flexibility for some remote work. The Outside Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting persuasive sales presentations, following up with potential clients, providing support to existing clients, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer success. The role will require travel within the designated territory to engage with partners and prospects.

Qualifications

Strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills

Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service

Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven with strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a hybrid setting with some travel involved

Experience in the construction or building materials industry is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience giving in-person presentations and focusing on new business development

Proven ability in relationship building and customer service with a focus on value selling

Self motivating - Manages time, travel and priorities effectively - Effective time management

Prospecting and new business development

Professionalism and Integrity - Honest, dependable and customer focused

Commercial sales experience is an added benefit

CRM and Technology proficiency

Experience using CRM systems (tracking opportunities, notes, follow-ups)

Additional Skills

Organized with pipeline management and forecasting

Comfortable with digital tools (email, virtual meetings, E-commerce platforms, Microsoft suite of tools)

Additional Requirements

3-5 years of sales experience

Prior Product and Industry knowledge a plus
