As membership expands — particularly once the collective grows beyond
200 members
— the organization's operational demands will increase.
PATH TO A PAID ROLE Mindful Collective Studio is being built with the intention of creating sustainable leadership roles.
As the collective secures sponsorships, project revenue, and nonprofit funding, leadership roles such as this one are expected to
transition into paid operational positions.
