As an Enterprise Sales Executive (RVP of Sales) at Entrata, you will identify, establish, and nurture business sales relationships with property management companies in our West Region.
This role allows you to work remotely from your home office while engaging in local and regional travel, participating in apartment associations, and attending periodic visits to Entrata headquarters in Utah as well as national trade shows and events.

Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients. Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs. Emphasize product features to showcase how they address customer challenges. Answer customer inquiries about our products. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements. Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors. Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow‑ups. Qualifications
Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus). 3‑5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.). A bachelor's degree. A genuine passion for sales, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to close deals. An understanding of how to cultivate client relationships. Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline. Social intelligence and the capacity to build lasting, high‑quality relationships with clients and colleagues. Proven sales results and a track record of success. The ability to work independently. Preferred qualifications
Experience selling CRM software. Knowledge of property management software. Experience working with a remote team. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
