Job Description The Director of Team Building and Training International serves international teams and Area Directors by coaching, equipping, and developing field leaders and staff. This role strengthens ministry effectiveness by implementing and refining training systems, integrating innovative tools, and fostering strategic partnerships that support Gospel-centered outreach within correctional settings worldwide.
This leader ensures that international teams are spiritually grounded, strategically aligned, and practically equipped to carry out the mission with excellence and sustainability.
