Hershey's Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (Worcester, MA)
Location: Worcester, MA. This remote position requires traveling to store locations and driving up to 55 miles per day. Mileage will be reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.
Work Schedule & Compensation This continuous part‑time role offers 20–25 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Core hours are 6:00 am–4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Hourly rate starts at $15.50–$16.50, depending on skill, experience, and location.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Sell and maintain 100 % distribution of all authorized Hershey items in the assigned territory.
Execute merchandising plans with permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles.
Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, and promotions; submit daily activity reports via tablet.
Drive daily to 6–10+ retail accounts.
Job Requirements
Valid U.S. state driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance covering at least $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use.
Must reside or be able to commute within the specified zip codes.
Must drive long distances daily and lift 10–40 lb.
Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and use tablet technology; daily wireless internet access required.
High school diploma or GED; 3–4 years of food merchandising experience preferred.
Availability for 20–25 hours per week; flexibility to adapt to territory changes.
