
Digital Presence Expert

The Digital Presence Expert is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on social and digital media platforms. This role will help coordinate the needs of GP Creative and several other brands simultaneously, and will work closely with the GPC team as well as clients to plan and implement effective strategy. They will also occasionally be directly responsible for copywriting, basic design, and basic photo/video editing to engage target audiences and achieve the goals of the organizations we serve.

Connect with new and existing clients to build relationships, determine their content and marketing needs, and present the value of working with GP Creative
Design, implement, and manage digital strategies in alignment with each company’s brand, mission, and goals
Stay up to date with new platforms, trends, algorithms, and market research to understand organic and paid advertising strategies to increase engagement
Copywriting, basic graphic design, and basic photo/video editing to support content needs
Work closely with GP Creative Team to uphold brand standards and maintain strong understanding of client identities, content needs, and goals
Contribute to website development through sitemapping, site planning, content development, etc.
Conduct digital presence audits for current and prospective clients, providing insightful and detailed recommendations where appropriate
Own and manage paid advertising strategies across platforms
Develop full-funnel ad campaigns (awareness, engagement, conversion) aligned with client goals
Manage ad budgets responsibly, optimizing spend for performance and ROI
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, audiences, and campaign performance, and communicate analytics, making adjustments as necessary
SKILLS + PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Team player with a consistent positive attitude
Excellent communicator with the ability to work closely with clients
Experience working with nonprofit companies and small businesses preferred
In-depth understanding of all relevant social media and other digital platforms, including: Hootsuite, Mangools, Google Ads/Ad Grants, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
Demonstrated experience managing social media and paid ad accounts with measurable results
Experience in web design, with in-depth understanding of Wix or ability to learn the Wix platform
Basic understanding or ability to learn basic design and editing software
Ability to remain organized while managing several projects simultaneously, serving as a project manager for their own tasks as well as other projects within the organization
Creative mindset, ability to think “outside the box” while remaining within the resources available
Self-motivated and able to recognize needs and implement solutions with little oversight
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with no excessive traffic violations
EXPECTATIONS AND COMPENSATION
This position is flexible to be a part-time or full-time position, with the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Expected compensation of $45,000 - $60,000 for a full time position
