Hybrid The Senior Director of Supply Chain Management is a leadership role in the rapidly growing commercial solar energy business of FlexRACK by Qcells.

FlexRACK

is an integrated solar company that offers custom‑designed, fixed tilt ground mount and single‑axis solar tracking systems in the commercial and utility‑scale solar mounting industries. The company also provides engineering, geotechnical, pullout testing, field, and layout design services and has completed over 3.5 GW of installations in more than 40 U.S. states, 9 Canadian provinces and across the globe. Summary

The Senior Director of Supply Chain Management is responsible for leading and optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain operations with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing, logistics, material flow, and vendor management to support utility‑scale solar and racking system projects. They ensure seamless coordination across procurement, planning, and distribution to meet project timelines, control costs, and support business growth. They partner closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms, secure critical materials, and proactively mitigate supply and logistics risks. The role drives the development and implementation of scalable supply chain strategies that support operational excellence, cost‑efficiency, and product availability across FlexRACK's global and domestic operations. They leverage data and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, lead‑time reliability, and supplier performance, driving cost‑saving opportunities and inventory turn improvement. They report regularly to senior leadership with insights and recommendations aligned with the company's long‑term strategic goals. This position reports to the Head of Tracker Operations or another management personnel designated by the CEO and is hybrid, based in Cleveland, OH. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00‑5:00 or 9:00‑6:00 EST, with up to 30% travel. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all Supply Chain Management and Purchasing functions, including direct and indirect procurement. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials for current and future production needs. Oversee the planning and implementation of purchasing operations, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management. Establish and enforce sourcing procedures and best practices, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance standards. Monitor inventory levels against production schedules, address discrepancies and initiate corrective actions to maintain material flow. Identify and resolve inefficiencies within the supply chain, implementing long‑term corrective measures to optimize operations. Manage cost efficiency while meeting production and delivery requirements. Oversee accurate inventory adjustments for scrapped, replaced, or displaced materials. Ensure complete and clear data is available for all prospective and active purchase orders. Collaborate with the Engineering team to validate and update bills of materials, ensuring accuracy across all departments. Communicate proactively with Production Management regarding potential delays or material shortages that may impact production schedules. Implement and maintain procedures that validate accurate receipt of purchased materials and alignment with purchase orders. Maintain organized documentation to support purchasing activities and facilitate quick access to key information. Ensure the Purchasing team provides up‑date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in accordance with company safety policies. Promote continuous learning and training within the supply chain team to stay current with industry best practices and technologies. Cultivate strong, productive relationships with vendors while staying informed on market trends that may affect material supply and demand. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the Purchasing team to drive performance and accountability. Review and refine procurement practices to align with best‑in‑class inventory and sourcing standards. Ensure accurate, consistent data management within supply chain systems, including vendor records, order quantities, and inventory levels. Cross‑train team members to ensure operational continuity and resilience across all supply chain and purchasing functions. Regular attendance in accordance with company’s attendance policy and supervisory assignment is an essential job duty requirement for this position. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in supply chain management, business, sustainability, or any relevant field. 10 years of experience in responsible procurement management (strategy and execution). Expertise in logistics, procurement, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), alongside strong strategic, analytical, and cross‑functional team management skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certifications: APICS (CSCP, CLTD), CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred to validate expertise. EXAMPLES OF PHYSICAL DEMANDS
