
Traveling Superintendent - Mixed Commercial

We're seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee K‑12, healthcare, and mixed commercial projects across multiple states. You'll drive field operations, site safety, and project execution while maintaining a rotation that includes days at home.

Description
Lead day‑to‑day field operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
Maintain rigorous safety practices and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Communicate proactively with project managers, owners, inspectors, and trade partners.
Review plans, specifications, and scopes for accurate execution and quality control.
Track progress, maintain site documentation, and anticipate project needs.
Identify and resolve field challenges to keep work on schedule.
Represent the company professionally on every project site.

Profile A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
5+ years of superintendent experience in K‑12, healthcare, or commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of project sequencing, safety, and field operations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse trade teams.
Experience with construction management software and daily reporting tools.
Willingness to travel regularly with three days at home built into the rotation.
