Solution Architect | Remote

Shape the backbone of global recruiting technology. As Solution Architect, you’ll design and oversee technical alignment across our AI Digital Recruiter, CRM/ATS, and Workday, ensuring seamless integration at scale. What You’ll Do: Lead discovery and solutioning for global implementations. Define data flows, integrations, and field mappings. Develop standardized architecture documentation and reusable templates. Partner with engineering and Workday teams to ensure compliance and data integrity. Support QA and validation processes pre- and post-deployment. Collaborate closely with Product, Implementations, and Change & Training to ensure solution designs reflect recruiter and candidate experience requirements Serve as design authority for AI and ATS solutions, driving consistency and security. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in systems architecture or solution design (HR tech or SaaS). Expertise in APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks. Experience with Microsoft Azure and Workday HCM/Recruiting. Strong analytical and communication skills.
