Responsibilities & Qualifications
Identify, approach, and build relationships with education and immigration agencies, local organizations, and individual partners. Present MentorX’s career programs and partnership benefits to potential collaborators. Follow up on leads, maintain partner relationships, and track conversion results. Support the marketing and business development teams with regional insights and lead generation initiatives. Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields). Based in the U.S., with knowledge of local education and student communities. 1-3 years related experienced required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in B2B partnership, business development, or education marketing preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency. Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about education and career development. What We Offer
