$120,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr Role Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join the team during a key expansion phase. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial‑mindful, sales‑focused, a great team player, and hungry to close deals while building lasting relationships. Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Circit’s products, value propositions, and target ICPs to drive sales in a key existing market. Deploy a sales strategy in this key market that has reached a suitable level of maturity within the business. Identify and build a pipeline of new business to meet monthly and quarterly new revenue targets. Work closely with customer success to identify and close opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell in existing key accounts to meet existing revenue growth targets. Coordinate with marketing and design to create high‑quality sales collateral and outbound sales programmes. Build partnerships and relationships that will lead to additional revenue. Work with the product team to define product requirements to satisfy customer demands. Conduct research to identify new markets, use cases, and customer needs. Candidate Requirements
4‑6+ years of experience in SaaS product sales into FinTech organisations. Financial services audit experience with a deep understanding of the stakeholders in the funds industry. Prior experience in a B2B sales role with a proven track record of winning deals. Commercial awareness and the ability to adapt quickly to market dynamics. Sales strategy development and maintenance of a comprehensive sales pipeline. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build happy client relationships. Desire to be part of and to help grow a successful team. A passion for technology, innovation, and working with high‑growth start‑ups. Ability to create partnerships that will lead to additional revenue and a broader product offering. Benefits
