Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, or Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in sales, promoting collaboration, or SaaS-based solutions.
Experience working in the public sector space.
Experience in client sales or management.
Experience building relationships and operating in a cross‑functional environment.
Preferred qualifications
Experience securing and growing customer bases, carrying and exceeding strategic business goals in a sales role.
Experience building and maintaining long‑term executive relationships, ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution‑based sales activity within complex business cycles.
Experience working cross‑functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close large, complex agreements.
Ability to understand Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Meet, Gemini+) and in training and educating customers in a pre‑sales role.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $99,000‑$144,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Drive sustainable business growth by securing high holding rates and reducing churn, and leverage a foundational risk model.
Emphasize the value of the Workspace platform to justify price increases and realize value in customer investments.
Collaborate with expansion peers, leadership, and channel partners to identify and capture growth opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle, including mid‑term contract expansions and public sector accounts.
Serve as a subject matter (SME) expert by exploring complex business and technical requirements, utilizing customer profiles and adoption trends to take high‑impact actions at the most opportune stages of the customer journey.
Lead an Account Management team focused on C‑suite engagements, achieve and forecast quarterly goals while developing scalable territory strategies that maximize business results and market presence.
