Due to our growth, we are seeking a

Salesforce Architect

who will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for multiple projects. The Salesforce Architect will work closely with Client Solutions and customers to implement robust Salesforce solutions. Description of Duties

Provides best practice advice and recommendations to clients in leveraging/extending Salesforce capabilities, CRM implementation strategy, and overall systems architecture

Leads technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects

Provides overall Salesforce technical expertise

Provides overall systems architecture expertise to understand and build upon existing client environments

Architects creative solutions for our client’s business and technical problems

Leads and facilitates project discovery to define business, functional, and technical requirements

Develops data models

Develops security strategies

Develops data integration, migration, and deployment strategies

Lead Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning

Mentors and leads development team members

8+ years of recent experience delivering consulting services, in client-facing roles that provided experience with all aspects of systems implementation, including 5+ direct experience with Salesforce

Deep understanding of SFDC concepts and practices. Able to identify the appropriate use of native tools vs customization via Apex/Lightning/Visualforce development. Aligning these recommendations to best practices

Strong understanding of SFDC database design concepts, data migration and data integration

Experience with ETL and integration tools such as TIBCO Scribe, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi

Must have experience in developing System Architecture Documents, Data Model Documentation (ERDs) and Security Model Documentation

Strong technical writing skills. The ability to take the lead role in developing comprehensive solution and documentation

Demonstrates excellence in understanding complex business processes and ability to apply scenarios to Salesforce Use Cases

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; executive level presence and experience facilitating meetings

Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business users from various backgrounds including sales, support and marketing

Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies

Salesforce Developer certification required. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Certifications will be required but are not a pre-requisite for the role

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required
