Responsibilities
Manage the preparation of the worldwide tax provision working closely with internal local and site teams, as well as tax advisors and the finance group
Manage the preparation of U.S. federal and state income tax returns, extensions and estimated payments
Manage the preparation of applicable foreign income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments
Research technical issues and identify U.S., foreign and state opportunities.
Prepare SEC and U.S. GAAP footnotes and disclosures
Coordinate effective tax rate planning, including rate modeling and researching income tax accounting issues
Development of tax accounting, reporting and planning procedures in response to tax legislature/regulatory policy
Development of tax data/accounting procedures for internal use
Administrative support and documentation for the company’s federal and state tax audits
Manage relationships with external accounting firms on technical issues, tax return preparation and ASC 740 and FIN 48 review
Assists with other tasks and special projects including Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance processes
Qualifications
BS/BA in Accounting; MS‑Tax preferred; CPA designation preferred
Approximately 10‑15 years of tax experience with an auditing firm and/or public companies including ASC 740 and FIN 48 experience
International tax experience preferred
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
Strong attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and see projects through to completion
Experience with Oracle ERP preferred
The salary range offered for this role is USD $175k–$200k. The salary range is a good‑faith estimate. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job‑related education, training, and/or experience.
